Terms of Service

Last updated:

By accessing and using SecurePass ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Free service, provided "as is"

SecurePass is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated passwords are suitable for any particular purpose.

2. No warranty on generated passwords

While our tools use cryptographically secure random generation, we make no guarantee regarding the security of any password, passphrase, or PIN you generate. You use generated credentials at your own risk.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for choosing appropriate, strong passwords and for keeping them secure. You are responsible for how you store, use, and protect any credentials generated with this site. We recommend using a reputable password manager and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecurePass and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any generated credentials, including but not limited to loss of data, account compromise, or financial loss.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the site in a way that harms its operation or other users.

6. Third-party content

The site may display third-party advertising and link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
